Aluminium Windows, Doors and Security Screens in Kingswood
Kingswood sits just east of Penrith around the Western Sydney University campus and Nepean Hospital. Most of its streets were built between the 1950s and 1970s, so the housing is largely single storey brick veneer and fibro on generous blocks, with a growing number of duplexes and granny flats near the station. Newage measures, fabricates and installs aluminium windows, doors, flyscreens and security screens here from our Lemko Place workshop, about ten minutes away.

What we see in Kingswood homes.
Kingswood is one of our most common window replacement suburbs. The original aluminium sliders and timber double hungs from the 1960s and 70s have reached the end of their life, and owners are swapping them for KlassicView frames in the same openings. Investors with student rentals near the university order security doors and screens by the house, and the new duplexes off Bringelly Road and Second Avenue come to us for stacking doors and flyscreen packages.
- Tested to Australian Standard AS2047 and AS5039
- Insured installation team
- Fixed price written quotes
- Same visit for windows, doors and screens

Local things we plan for in Kingswood.
A few conditions come up on most Kingswood jobs and change what we recommend.
Rental and student housing
Landlords want screens and doors that take knocks. ScreenGuard or PerfGuard with a triple lock, keyed alike across the property.
Highway and rail noise
Homes near the Great Western Highway and the rail line benefit from well sealed awning windows and double glazing.
Subdivision and duplex builds
New builds on split blocks need a full window and door package; we quote from the plans.
Older openings out of square
Fibro and early brick veneer frames have often moved. We measure each opening rather than assume a standard size.
