Architectural Aluminium Windows and Doors in Penrith

CityView is the architectural window and door range we fabricate at Lemko Place for projects that need more than a standard residential frame: slimmer sightlines, bigger panels, higher water and wind ratings, acoustic glazing and commercial grade hardware. HarbourView adds multi fold doors. All systems are tested to AS2047 by a NATA accredited laboratory and carry bushfire attack level ratings up to BAL40.

We work from drawings and window schedules, fabricate to the structural opening, and install with our own team. CityView systems share the same 100mm and 150mm framing platforms, so awning, casement, double hung, louvre, sliding and fixed glazing can be coupled into one facade with consistent sightlines. Questions about the architectural range?

What is the difference between CityView and KlassicView?

KlassicView is the residential range: 53mm and 76mm frames for standard homes. CityView is the architectural and commercial range: 100mm and 150mm framing platforms, bigger sashes and panels, higher water and wind ratings, and acoustic glazing options.

Are CityView systems tested?

Yes. Every system is tested to AS2047 by a NATA accredited laboratory, with published water, wind and bushfire ratings for the tested configurations.

Can you work from architect drawings?

Yes. Send the window schedule and elevations and we quote from them, then confirm sizes on site before fabrication.

Do you do commercial jobs?

Yes. Shopfronts, offices, cafes and apartment facades across Penrith and Western Sydney, with the commercial door systems on their own page.

What about double glazing and energy ratings?
