When you send a quote or contact form we collect the details you enter, usually your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of the job, plus any photos you attach. We use these only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a measure and prepare a quote.
Like most websites we collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, approximate location, device type and referring site. This is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
How we use and store it
Enquiry details are kept in our email and job records for as long as needed to complete and warrant the work. We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with suppliers and installers directly involved in your job, and where the law requires.
