How long does installation take?

Most standard window and door installations are completed in one visit after measuring. Larger enclosures may need additional time; we confirm the schedule with your quote.

Which screen type is right for my home?

We assess airflow, visibility, pets, children, coastal exposure and bushfire requirements during your measure, then recommend a suitable fitting option.

How should fitted screens be maintained?

A gentle vacuum or soft brush, followed by mild soapy water when needed, keeps most fitted screens performing well. We provide care advice for your selected mesh.

Is the installation covered by warranty?

Yes. Our workmanship warranty covers the fit and installation. Product-specific mesh and frame coverage is explained clearly in your written quote.
