Local things we plan for in Jamisontown.
A few conditions come up on most Jamisontown jobs and change what we recommend.
Mulgoa Road traffic
Homes facing or backing onto Mulgoa Road benefit from well sealed awning windows and Heavy DVA privacy mesh.
River side flood planning
Streets closest to the Nepean sit in flood planning areas. We recommend aluminium frames and stainless mesh that recover from a wetting.
Townhouse strata
We match frame colours to the existing scheme and provide the paperwork strata committees ask for.
Panthers precinct activity
Event noise and foot traffic make security screens and quieter windows a common request near the precinct.
