Aluminium Hinged and French Doors in Penrith

Can the door open inward?

Yes. KlassicView hinged doors can be hung to open in or out, as a single door or a French pair. We advise on the swing at the measure based on the room and the sill.

Can I fit a security door to it?

Yes. The frame has a built in groove that takes a fly door or a ScreenGuard or PerfGuard security door, fitted at the same time.

What is the maximum door size?

Each panel goes to 2400mm high by 900mm wide, so a French pair covers an opening about 1800mm wide.

Is it double glazed?

It can be. The frame takes 20mm double glazed units as well as 5mm toughened to 10.38mm single glazing.

What does water rated to 250 Pa mean?

It is the wind pressure the door was tested against without letting water through, roughly a strong gale with driving rain. It suits exposed sites around Penrith and the lower Mountains.
